Williams have uncaged their 2017 racer

Here it is, the 2nd time it's been released,but still nether the less, it's here! 

Now at this point I can imagine we are all a bit bored of seeing carbon copies of 2016 liveries being wrapped on a 2017 chassis but looks are not everything. I would like you to pay attention to the fron wing (Image above) specifically the left end plate. As you can see there is a piece of carbon fibre that's not attached to the end plate its self. Now williams have had a history of low down force, high-speed cars, and I haven't seen this on any of the other 2017 vehicles.. 

If this means that williams have taken the same low down force aproach with their 2017 car, I don't know. And we won't really know until Monday testing. But it does look alot like the mclaren front wing, and mclaren have a history of high down force. So I'm very confused! But I am sure all will be revealed next week.
